When should I order the stork?

We can typically get your stock rental together within 24-48 hours. The information needed should pop up as you add to your cart. For baby showers, sprinkles, or sip & sees, please order as soon as possible to reserve your specific date. We are available by phone during normal working hours, and will respond to email inquiries in a timely manner.

How long is our rental?

Your stork and any add-on rentals will be displayed for 7 days. All personalized bundles and add-ons will be placed near the front door. A laminated care card will be left at the address when first delivered.

Can I just call you and order over the phone?

It would be our pleasure to assist you over the phone. We will go over all the details and take payment to reserve your stork rental. You can reach us at 231.284.9259 during normal working hours.

Does anyone need to be home during delivery?

No, we don’t expect anyone to be home during delivery. We will try to pick the best and most visible area for the parent’s arrival. If you know of a desired area, please note them in the rental details. To ensure proper installation, stakes will need to be driven into grass. We cannot install in mulch beds, landscaped areas, gardens, pea gravel, hardpacked soil, or other areas not considered grass.

What is your cancellation or refund policy?

Cancellations are required a minimum of 24 hours before your rental start date. We strive to keep an accurate inventory of our storks and appreciate the advance notice.

Please note: if we are denied entry during delivery, the homeowner does not allow installation, animals prevent installation, or severe weather does not allow installation - a refund will not be issued.

Do you offer any rentals for siblings, grandparents, or pets?

Yes, we offer custom sibling and pet add-ons with every stork rental! These are also personalized and will be left upon rental completion. Grandparents have the option to rent a stork with a generic message, or purchase a personalized bundle keepsake.
